Businesses will typically have their own bookkeeper or management accountant with whom we are happy to work alongside.
The company offers two types of service:
-  Acting as part time FD for businesses not large enough to require a full time FD, but need help with strategic financial advice. Assignments can range anything for a day per month to longer commitments, should the need arise.
- Acting on a consultancy basis for specific pieces work around strategic planning and funding, budgeting, acquisitions, cash flow management and assisting with external stakeholders such as the bank, auditors or shareholders.
