Langley House Mortgages offer free expert mortgage advice, comparing thousands of deals from across the market to find you the most suitable option.
The company was set up by myself and my business partner Toby Fields after gaining our knowledge and experience working at London & Country Mortgages for many years. We take great pride in our work and customer service is at the forefront of everything we do, making sure the process is as streamlined and accurate as possible to avoid any unnecessary delays or complications. Unlike most brokers we do not charge any fees to our clients, so you can take full advantage of our service without worrying about costs and there is no obligation to proceed with any of our recommendations. We will be there to support your journey all the way through to completion and we will clearly explain each step of the process.
Bristol Bears - Official Mortgage Partner - We are proud to be partnered with a company who share our company ethos of supporting their local community. If you remortgage through us, we will offer a donation in your name, to The Bears Community Foundation or a local sports club.

Saltford Brass Mill is situated on the banks of the River Avon in the village of Saltford, 5 miles west of the City of Bath in the South West of England.
The Brass Mill is the only surviving building, still with a furnace and working water wheel, remaining from a group of eighteenth century mills making copper and brass goods in the Avon Valley between Bristol and Bath.
The Brass Mill is cared for by a dedicated group of volunteers (The Saltford Brass Mill Project) who carry out husbandry tasks within the building and research the fascinating history of the Copper and Brass Industry.
